'Rainbow Six Siege' News: Three More Operators, South Korea-Based Map Included in Next DLC Pack

Two Operators from South Korea, one from Poland

There is another downloadable content pack coming to "Rainbow Six Siege" for Year 2, and it will introduce a few more Operators together with an additional map.

Starting with the new map, the upcoming "Operation White Noise" DLC pack is set to take players to South Korea.

Detailed previously on the game's official website, the new map is expected to be located inside an observation tower set high above the city of Seoul. Not much is currently known about this new map, though given its location, it should provide players with spectacular views to go along with a setting conducive to chaos.

As for the Operators, players can expect "Operation White Noise" to add three more of them to the game.

Two of the Operators included in the DLC pack are from South Korea's 707th Special Mission Battalion. As seen in Special-Ops.org, the aforementioned battalion serves as the main counter-terrorism unit of South Korea. Members of the battalion are also believed to spend time training in freezing temperatures, and it will be interesting to see if the developers of "Rainbow Six Siege" take that into account while creating two of the new Operators.

The developers also noted that the attacker Operator from the battalion is "stubborn and daring," while the defender included can be described as "methodical and tenacious."

The third Operator included in "Operation White Noise" is from the Polish GROM unit that is known for being brave and resilient, according to the developers.

Since developers previously added a defense-based Polish Operator in the form of Ela, the new one included in "Operation White Noise" will likely be an attacker.

Aside from the map and new Operators, the game's next DLC pack is also expected to give players access to more weapons.

An exact release date for "Rainbow Six Siege's" "Operation White Noise" has not been provided just yet, though more details about the DLC pack itself are expected to be shared soon.
