'Real Housewives' Brawl: Joe Gorga, Lauritas Charged? Case Going Before Grand Jury

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Joe Giudice is not the only cast member with impending legal woes, as a new report claims at least three of his Bravo TV co-stars may be headed to trial.

A New Jersey judge ruled April 4 that there was probable cause to charge Jacqueline Laurita and husband Christopher along with co-star Giuseppe "Joe" Gorga with assault and making terroristic threats against a man named John Karagiorgis. The case is expected to go before a grand jury, according to RumorFix.com.

Karagiorgis alleges that on the night of March 30, the Lauritas and Gorga confronted and attacked him at the Moxi Hair Salon while filming season five of the hit Bravo reality TV show.

"Joe Gorga approached a guy named Jonathan Karagiorgis and confronted him about all the things he's said about Melissa [Gorga] on Twitter, and Jonathan admitted he was writing about her," an insider allegedly told Fox News' Tom Murro.

In recent months, various reports have surfaced online which all allude to an alleged affair involving Gorga's wife of eight years Melissa.

"As the two guys were arguing, Joe asked Jonathan where he got all his misinformation and Jonathan replied, 'Why don't you ask your sister?'" the source said, referring to fan favorite Teresa Giudice.

Jacqueline, 38, reporedly also got involved in the dispute after her husband Chris allegedly began confronting Karagiorgis. Chris has allegedly been furious over claims suggesting he and Jacqueline fabricated their 3-year-old son Nicholas' autism diagnosis.

"Jonathan was not backing down, and that's when they all started to exchange blows! Jacqueline kicked off her shoes and b---- smacked Jonathan on the back of his head!" the source revealed.

"This is where the Manzo boys along and Lauren Manzo jumped in out of nowhere to break up the fight!" the source went on, adding "bowls were broken, glass everywhere."

Karagiorgis' complaint further alleges that Jacqueline assaulted him in the head with a stiletto heel, and that Chris threatened his life. He subsequently sustained a broken nose, bruises, lumps and head trauma, which is a claim that newly released photos appear to support.

The case sparked a counterclaim, with the defendants claiming they too were attacked and harassed by Karagiorgis. As a result he too is reportedly being charged with three counts each of harassment and assault, and two counts of making terroristic threats.

Jacqueline recently testified against Karagiorgis and suggested he uses Twitter to harass her and other members of the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast.

"Somehow, he was fixated on me and the other cast members, and would show up at events and run his mouth, saying things about me as a mother, telling me to stay off social media," Laurita said, adding that Karagiorgis has made extremely "sick comments" on social media about her family.

Laurita's husband Chris and Gorga also testified, both claiming that Karagiorgis lunged at them and threatened their lives.

"He's obsessed with us, and he's stalked us for years," Gorga testified. "I get phone calls at night. It's to the point where my wife has gotten depressed over it. This guy needs to be prosecuted. This is cyber bullying."
