'Real Housewives' Jacqueline Laurita Owes $330,000 in Taxes Amid Bankruptcy

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Jacqueline Laurita reportedly owes more than $330,000 in back taxes and the reality TV star is being urged to pay up immediately or face further action.

The NJ Division of Taxation recently filed a $338,337.05 tax lien against Laurita, 42, and while documents do not specify the years for which she owes, officials are threatening to seize her assets if payment is not made soon, according to TMZ.com.

Laurita and her husband Chris are currently in the midst of a bankruptcy regarding Signature Apparel, which is a company that was founded by Chris and his brother Joseph Laurita in 2005.

All three are accused of draining the company of all its funds in order to support their families' lavish lifestyles and subsequently they are being sued for approximately $7,804,227.

"The Laurita brothers soon drained the Company of all of its funds and assets in order to support their families' increasingly opulent lifestyle of private jets, limousines, extravagant parties, premium automobiles, designer clothing, ostentatious home furnishings and lavish vacations," the complaint that was filed on November 2, 2010, reads.

Laurita, who is a "Real Housewives" veteran, is expected to return for season five of the hit Bravo reality TV show, where her financial struggles could become another part of her storyline.

The mother of three spent much of season four feuding with former best friend Teresa Giudice, but the women have reportedly resolved their differences.

"Teresa and Jax had dinner with each other and their husbands, Joe Giudice and Chris Laurita, recently, and it was actually a friendly night all captured on camera by Bravo," a source told RadarOnline.com."There weren't any fights, no table flipping and surprisingly no arguing, at least not on camera."

The source also claims that Giudice, 40, is simply being strategic in her reconciliation with Laurita.

"Teresa knows what makes for good TV, and that is fighting," an insider said. "She's been trying to get more people to be friendlier to her this season, but she knows she has to bring the drama for the ratings, and she's definitely planning on doing that this season."
