'Real Housewives' Mauricio Umansky Denies Cheating on Kyle Richards, says 'I am Faithfully Committed'
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards is yet to publicly address ongoing reports of an affair allegedly involving her husband, Mauricio Umansky, however the father-of-four has broken his silence.
Umansky, who has been hit with a series of cheating claims in recent months, has denied allegations suggesting he was unfaithful in his 17-year marriage to Richards, 44. The real estate broker has been accused of cheating on more than one occasion.
"I am faithfully and happily committed to my wife of 18 years, Kyle Richards, and our children, and am saddened to learn that someone would spread these ugly and vicious false rumors regarding me," Mauricio said in a statement obtained by RadarOnline.com.

"I do not intend to comment further on these false and utterly ludicrous accusations," he added.
The statement comes two weeks after Richards' co-stars Brandi Glanville, Lisa Vanderpump and Yolanda Foster allegedly banded together while filming season four to confront Richards over cheating claims about Umansky, 42. Richards, who is a veteran "housewife" reportedly felt blindsided by her co-stars and subsequently threatened to quit the show.
"[Kyle was] so upset and disgusted after the confrontation, that she called producers of the show, and told them she wanted out," a source told RadarOnline.com.
On Wednesday an explosive report by Star magazine not only suggested that Umansky had cheated, but bizarrely raised questions regarding his sexuality. Critics suspect that the extreme nature of the allegations is what prompted Umansky to issue a public statement addressing the claims.
This is not the first time that Umansky and Richards have been hit with cheating reports. In April, a Hollywood actress made explosive claims against Umansky, claiming he had been involved in an extramarital affair. Co-star Glanville, who has had problems with Richards in the past, allegedly fueled the claims while filming.
"Brandi maintained she had solid information to prove that Mauricio has been cheating on Kyle. Kyle became extremely upset, and refused to listen to the girls. She felt especially betrayed by Lisa because they had once been so close," the source said.
While Bravo TV producers allegedly talked Richards out of quitting the show, she is said to be "extremely unhappy with how season four is unfolding."
