'Real Housewives' Melissa Gorga 'Jealous' of Teresa Giudice, Plotting Against Her
"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Melissa Gorga has reportedly been envious of her co-star Teresa Giudice for years, and new reports suggest that the mother of three has been plotting to ruin Giudice's fame status for some time.
"Melissa is manipulative and jealous of Teresa's fame and she has a dirty secret," a source told Radar Online.
"Years ago, Melissa and her husband, Joe Gorga, sent a tape to the producers promising that if they were cast on the show, they would do whatever it takes to get rid of Teresa," the source added.
Gorga, 33, who is married to Giudice's estranged brother Joe, has been embroiled in an ongoing feud with her sister-in-law since joining the hit Bravo reality TV show in season 3.
Although Gorga has always insisted that she does in fact want a relationship with Giudice despite their vicious blowouts, new reports suggest that the reality TV star is too consumed by jealousy to befriend Giudice and that Gorga is doing everything that she can to rid of her.
"Melissa is a bad person and holds a grudge against Teresa because of her fame," the insider explained.
The reports follow recent speculation that Gorga and her husband are reportedly so broke that they have been forced to put their Montville Township mansion up for sale.
"Melissa and Joe are in way over their heads. Joe owes a lot of people money. They have the house on the market because they can't pay the mortgage now that the interest rate on it has exploded," a source close to the couple told Radar Online.
"They are portraying a life they that they really didn't live prior to the show. Melissa likes to drop name brands now and has become very arrogant. Joe loves the fact that Joe Giudice has financial issues, yet he's in the same boat!" the source added.
It is alleged that the Gorgas previously lived in a modest 3-bedroom home prior to being signed on for the "Real Housewives."
The couple reportedly only moved in to their $3.8 million Montville Township mansion in an attempt to fit in with their wealthy co-stars, and have now found themselves in a position where they can no longer afford to live there.
