Real Housewives of Atlanta News: Kandi Burruss Fiance Todd Tucker Reveals How Rumors Are Affecting Their Families

Todd Tucker, the producer and fiance to singer-songwriter Kandi Burruss from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," is admitting that her mother's accusations have taken a toll on both his family and hers.

Joyce Jones, known as "Mama Joyce" on the Bravo reality television show, has vehemently disagreed with her singer-songwriter daughter's decision to marry her fiance - broadcast producer Todd Tucker. The trio recently appeared on "The View" where they hashed out their differences and Tucker revealed just how much Mama Joyce's comments were impacting his present and future family.

"I think everyone has a breaking point…The lies, that stuff is really tough. I have a mom and it affects my mother. It affects my daughter," Tucker said on the talk show recently. "It affects Kandi's daughter. The other day Kandi's daughter told Kandi 'I don't like that he said he would leave you.'"

While Mama Joyce questioned Tucker's work ethic, he revealed that he has taken on two new projects under his self owned production company. Mama Joyce explained her feelings about his job to "The View" hosts, namely Whoopi Goldberg who seemed to be mediating the group.

"Well, really Todd seems like a very nice person and when I met him he seemed like a very nice person. But I have a problem with after his first job, which was doing the Kim and Kroy wedding he took like two months off," Burruss' mother said on the show. "Now, I come from a family of men that work. I had a problem with that ya know? And also, he said that he was using part of his savings and when you already to me, stepping up I feel like you don't need to use part of your savings."

However, Goldberg stepped in to scold Mama Joyce.

"You and I are minutes apart in terms of age…we don't have time for this. Let her make the mistake, if she's gonna make the mistake," Goldberg told her. "You gotta let her do it. You can't do this for her. We kind of listened to our parents, but we had to make our own mistakes. She gotta do it."

Earlier this month, Mama Joyce revealed how she would be happy in the situation.

"If he was working a full job, if he was a full production person that has full benefits and all that, I'd be happy," Mama Joyce" told S2S magazine.
