'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards Weight Loss Surgery Revealed
"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards reportedly felt so insecure about her body while filming upcoming scenes for season 3 of the hit Bravo reality TV show that she underwent plastic surgery.
The 43-year-old is said to have had liposuction, also known as "fat modeling," where body fat is removed from specific parts of the body using a suction method for an instant path to weight loss.
"Kyle went and had full body lipo. The doctor sculpted and toned her perfectly and she was completely thrilled with the results. It wasn't a dramatic difference, but the overall change is amazing. She looks and feels better than she ever has. She only lost about 15-20 pounds in total, but it was all from the right places, the trouble spots that she couldn't get rid of through exercise or diet alone," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

The 43-year-old has allegedly felt self conscious since giving birth to four children, and new reports reveal that a recent trip to Las Vegas with her Bravo TV co-stars prompted her to go under the knife.
"The deciding factor for Kyle was the housewives trip to Las Vegas. They were filming around the pool and Camille and Brandi immediately stripped down to these teeny tiny bikinis - and, needless to say, they both looked stunning," the insider said.
"Kyle felt so intimidated, there was no way she was taking anything off in front of the cameras, she felt totally inadequate. Don't get me wrong. Kyle was by no means overweight, she eats healthily and she works out, but she just has certain areas of her body, like most women, that she isn't happy about. So she decided to get a little help," the source added.
Richards recently showed off the results of her liposuction surgery at the opening of her very own boutique, Kyle by Alene Too, which was held in Beverly Hills.
The reality star wore a figure hugging floor length dress and "seemed to be in good spirits," according to People.com.
"For the first time in years, Kyle feels great in a bikini and she is flaunting the results in tight little dresses and little short shorts. She finally feels she can hold her own against her cast members and it has done wonders for her self esteem," the source said.
