The cast of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is currently busy filming the new season of the reality show, and several members of the cast are doing some serious multitasking to take care of their respective endeavors.

Lisa Vanderpump owns several restaurants, among them is the very popular Villa Bianca, which has seen its share of controversy as of late. Vanderpump and her husband, Ken, have just recently settled a lawsuit with a former waitress alleging sexual harassment, and now, it seems like the couple has been hit with another suit, this time from their former pastry chef Martha Diaz.

Diaz is pressing several charges, among them are sexual harassment in the workplace and assault and battery, according to RealityTea.com. Diaz said that while working at the restaurant, she experienced sexual harassment from her immediate supervisor Gustavo Molina. According to Diaz's suit, she complained to "upper management and owners" to no avail.

The media outlet clarified that it was not Molina who was the sexual harassment complainant, but another Villa Blanca manager.

Meanwhile, Brandi Glanville has added web entrepreneur to her growing list of titles. Aside from being a full-time cast member of the reality show, she also has a podcast and is writing for an Australian magazine.

Recently, Glanville launched her webstore, wherein she offers a variety of tank tops and hoodies, as well as her two best-selling books, "Drinking and Tweeting" and "Drinking and Dating."

Glanville has also produced an app which is not available on her website. The app, called Blunders Block, was reportedly developed to "stop you from drunk dialing former flames or drunkenly posting on social media."
