'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 5 News: Lisa Vanderpump Talks About Upcoming Season's Trailer
"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump spoke to Us Weekly about the shocking season 5 trailer of the show which features a lot of shouting matches between the housewives and Vanderpump getting slapped by an unidentified woman.
"I mean, obviously that's the point of the trailer," said Vanderpump. "To say 'watch the season and take the moments' but there were so many moments."
The upcoming season includes the addition of two new housewives—soap opera stars Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson.
"You saw a big moment with Lisa, you saw a couple big moments with me," said Vanderpump. "There are also poignant moments in there. There are friendships that have been rebuilt that last year, there was no hope for."
As for how the trailer was made, Vanderpump said, "I don't know how they made that trailer, actually, because there were so many good moments. There were a couple of 'oh my God!' moments that changed the dynamic. I think that's what a trailer is: Bam, that happened, and bam! This happens and it changes the dynamic in the group."
The restaurateur also admitted that she's still unclear on whether she'll be returning for season 6 of the show. Aside from running successful restaurants, Vanderpump now has a spinoff show called "Vanderpump Rules" and has just launched a new home décor line called Pop Culture Living Collection.
"I don't know," she told Us Weekly. "I just always think … if this is how they document my life, it's fantastic really."
"I've worked so hard, that's the problem. I would like to scale back a bit. It's been tough," she added.
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" premieres its fifth season on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
