'Real Housewives of Orange County' News: Vicki Gunvalson Accuses Employee of Stealing; Heather Dubrow Working on Solo Project With Bravo?

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson has accused her employee of filching thousands of dollars from her.

Gunvalson has reportedly claimed that one of her employees had stolen thousands from her company, prompting her to report it to the police. According to sources, it all started when Gunvalson noticed large discrepancies in her assets from her insurance brokerage. When she tried to dig into her books, she found out that part of her money was taken by an employee she hired a few months ago.

The reality star believes that the employee did not only take sales commissions to his own account but also robbed clients from her son Michael, who works at the insurance brokerage as its vice president.

Shortly after discovering the anomaly involving her employee, Gunvalson immediately reported the incident to the police. As of this writing, the authorities are still investigating the case.

Prior to the incident, Gunvalson had already faced major challenges in her life, costing her friends. E! Online previously reported that she finds it hard to earn friends in "Real Housewives of Orange County" because of her personal issues.

In the past, she accused co-star Shannon Beador that her husband hit her during the reunion episode of "Real Housewives of Orange County" season 11. "What you have done—now this is on the show and it is in the universe, and there will be people who will go up to my children and say 'Your father beats your mother.' You are despicable I will never, ever speak to you again," Beador told Gunvalson.

In other "Real Housewives of Orange County" news, Heather Dubrow is reportedly working on a solo project with E! Network and Bravo. According to reports, the spinoff will focus on her and her family and not her co-stars in the reality show. Before news about her solo project came out, Dubrow confirmed that she would no longer return for "Real Housewives of Orange County" season 12.
