'Red Dead Redemption 2' News: Game's Unveiling Date Remains Unknown

As news about the release of "Red Dead Redemption 2" is elusive to the public with RockStar Games not divulging anything about the games, fans are only left speculating as to what the new game will have to offer.

While others are resigned to the fact that they will just have to wait for the details once the game is unveiled, others are hopeful that important updates on the game will be announced in the upcoming E3 2016 event. Latino's Health suggested that fans might just get some important details about the game in the E3 event next month as the plot and title of the new game may be revealed.

As of this writing though, fans are still in limbo as they wait for E3 2016 for the announcement---if RockStar Games will indeed mention the game in the event. While other fans have made peace with the lack of information about the planned "Red Dead Redemption 2," it seems that others cannot help but toy with varying ideas on how the follow-up will pan out.

Among the speculations revolving around the game is that it is possible for it to adapt the "Grand Theft Auto V" structure. According to Gamepur, in the event that this turns out to be true at all and not just a rumor, gamers will encounter three different anti-heroes in the games, whose stories will intertwine at some point of the storyline.

Meanwhile, Latino's Health said that some fans are entertaining the possibility that "Red Dead Redemption 2" may no longer have the Wild West as its setting as the game might have the East as its backdrop in the follow up.

Another speculation is that the yet-to-be unveiled game will be more like the GTA aspect of Rockstar, allowing its players to resort to cheats.

Gamers can only hope that the speculations mentioned above will be properly addressed at the E3 Event happening from June 14-16 this year. However, Youth Health opined that it is unlikely for Rock Star to confirm or refute any speculation on the game anytime soon as the development team has decided to be tight-lipped about it since its confirmation on the follow-up.
