'Revolution' Season 2 Spoilers: 'It's Going to Be A Bumpy Road'

David Lyons sat down with TV Guide for an interview discussing the character of Monroe. Though it seems unlikely, Monroe and Charlie may be on friendlier terms.
"I mean, this is the guy who's been responsible for the death of her father and her brother and the destruction of her life as she knows it. He understands completely what Charlie's perspective is and understands that she wants to kill him and to an extent he probably has a death wish himself ... and now [he's going to] fight hard and as well as he can to try and bring her into the fold and make her understand," Lyons said.

He added that future episodes will show the two getting closer.
"I think we share some moments together in which they start to talk about their grievances and there's a reticent mutual understanding that they can possibly come to," Lyons said.
And that's not the only relationship Monroe will be building, as there is a reunion with Miles in store, according to Lyons.
"It's going to be a bumpy road, as you can expect. And there's a lot of water under the bridge and the bridge is probably burned as well. I think there's still a lot of love there. You know, that kind of brotherhood bond can't easily be broken and so it's reticent. There is a means for them to come together in a mutual space, but it's going to be tough," he said.
"Monroe has nothing and when you have nothing, you have nothing to lose and I think that he's found himself on a journey now that tries to lead him towards some kind of aspect of why he did things and redemption. But it's going to be a pretty rocky road," Lyons continued.
