Rick Ross on Guns: 'I Believe in the Right to Bear Arms'
Rick Ross believes in the right to carry a gun as an American citizen.
He voiced his support of the second amendment during an interview with the Huffington Post earlier this week.
"I support the right to bear arms," said Ross to the publication. "I do, I'm a licensed carrier. But, when I go into public places, when I go out and I enter into certain places, I believe it's best to leave your firearm in your vehicle."

Ross also addressed his respect for women which was questioned by some after he dropped a controversial lyric in the Rocko song U.O.E.N.O.
"I'm surrounded by powerful women at all times," he said. "That's the majority of my team. It's made up of women."
"I want to make sure this is clear. Woman is the most precious gift known to man, you understand? It was a misunderstanding with a lyric, a misinterpretation where the term rape wasn't used. I would never use the word rape in my records."
The rapper was criticized last year for song where he rapped "Put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it / I took her home and enjoyed that and she ain't even know it."
He even briefly lost his Reebok endorsement for the lyric.
Christian rapper Lecrae commented on Ross's lyrics last year encouraging him to write more positive material.
"The average person is trying to figure out what the heck to do with their lives, and how to rustle with ups and downs," said Lecrae to HotNewHipHop. "I'd love to see Rick Ross and Wayne address that stuff, but it makes rappers feel less like supermen. It's not shame to either one of them but I think their fans would love to hear that."
