Some fans suspect that the pair may even perform their upcoming duet at the 55th annual Grammy Awards ceremony following claims that Brown is eager to perform with Rihanna. She has already been confirmed as a performer for the event.

"Chris wants to perform with Rihanna at the Grammys to show the whole world they are back together. Chris doesn't care what the haters say, and wants to give the viewers an over the top performance with Rihanna," a source reportedly told Radar Online.

"He wants the fans to know this is the real deal, and he is a changed man," the source said. "If Rihanna can forgive him, the rest of the world should move on from what happened four years ago."

While Brown reportedly believes that a duet could help to ease lingering tension amongst critics, producers of the Grammys are reportedly apprehensive and subsequently "haven't signed off on having Chris and Rihanna perform together," an insider revealed.
