Rihanna, Drake Officially Dating? Pair 'Acted Like a Couple' at L.A. Nightclub
Rihanna and Drake fueled romance speculation on Friday following a night out at a Los Angeles club.
The pair, who are said to be longtime friends, partied at Hooray Henry's together and insiders claim they behaved "like a couple." Rihanna, 25, and the rapper, 27, previously dated in the past and fans are now speculating whether they are ready to give it another try.
"They definitely acted like a couple," an insider told HollywoodLife.com. "They came in the back and they sat together in the same booth. They were definitely together as an item."
The report comes just weeks after the music artists reportedly spent time together at celebrity hotspot 1 OAK in West Hollywood and at Roc Nation's pre-Grammys brunch ahead of the 56th Annual Grammy awards. In November, the Bajan singer was photographed enjoying a dinner date with Drake, which raised questions about their relationship status.
"They left the club minutes apart, but left in the same car," the insider revealed referring to the pair's club outing.
The "Worst Behavior" rapper has been linked to socialite Zoe Kravitz, 25, in recent months, but neither has publicly confirmed romance reports.
Drake once told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres that he and Rihanna have dated in the past, but they are currently not in an exclusive relationship.
"Yeah, great girl. We had our moment. Always support and have love for her," Drake told DeGeneres last year.
Rihanna once dated Drake's former rival Chris Brown, and the pair infamously split after a domestic assault incident before getting back together. The Bajan pop singer is said to be cautious when it comes to her love life due to her tumultuous relationship with Brown.
"Rihanna's been hurt badly, so she isn't about to set herself up for something that's just okay. For she and Drake to be together, like for real for real, that's going to take time," the source said.
