Rihanna Still 'Loves' Chris Brown, Retail Therapy Helping Singer Cope After Split?

Rihanna has reportedly turned to retail therapy to cope with her split from Chris Brown as a new report claims the singer still loves him.

In May the Bajan singer, 25, reportedly initiated her split from Brown, 24, after he was photographed spending his birthday with ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. A source claims Rihanna is enjoying shopping while on her "Diamonds" world tour breaks in order to keep her mind off of her failed relationship.

"She's doing some major shopping while she's got a quick break," a source close to Rihanna told HollywoodLife.com. "She's always ahead of the crowd with the killer trends she sets."

In a recent interview Brown revealed that while he is no longer dating Rihanna, they are still good friends. While the "Diamonds" singer reportedly still loves and supports Brown, she is content with their split.

"She's cool without him. She was Rihanna before him," a separate source said. "No shade, but it's cool. She loves him and wants him to be great."

As fans cling to the hope of reconciliation between the tumultuous pair, Rihanna is reportedly focused on work and not interested in dating anyone at this time.

"She ain't trying to be pushed up on by no man," the source explained. "There's no time for her to be trying to date anybody or complicate things with some dude. She's cool on that."

Rihanna and Brown have dated on-and-off since 2008 despite their infamous 2009 domestic assault incident. The relationship reportedly taught the pop star a lot about the importance of having trust in a relationship.

"[Rihanna] learned that without trust, you ain't got s---. You have to trust the guy you're with and vice-versa. When trust is gone, everything is bad. And that's something that's hard as f--- to repair," a source said.

"It can be done, but both people have to be mature and willing to work on it. It's not possible if only one person puts in the work," the source explained.
