Rob Kardashian, Kylie Jenner File Lawsuit Against Blac Chyna

Despite settling a custody agreement over their daughter Dream, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's legal battle is far from over.

Kardashian and his sister Kylie Jenner are suing Chyna for assault, according to reports. The reclusive "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star claims his former fiancée tried to choke him with an iPhone cord during a violent confrontation in December. Chyna was allegedly intoxicated on drugs and alcohol when the incident happened.

Additionally, Kardashian revealed that Chyna proceeded to trash his house — a place he was renting from Jenner. As a result, Jenner's name was also listed on the lawsuit. The makeup mogul was not involved in the exes' altercation, but she decided to press charges because Chyna caused $100,000 worth of damage in the house.

Court documents obtained by PEOPLE note that the 30-year-old "was able to escape her grasp, however he suffered injuries to his neck" while the mother of two "chased after Rob and repeatedly struck him in the head and face."

The complaint noted that Chyna went on to pursue Rob outside his residence as he attempted to escape in his car. This led Chyna to throw "a nearby chair at Rob's car causing damage to the vehicle and also used a metal rod to injure Rob." Kardashian said he has documentation to prove he sustained injuries from the ordeal.

Kardashian and Jenner also accused Chyna of coming up with a deliberate plan to "extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains." They described her relationship with Kardashian as "nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family."

On Wednesday, Page Six reached out to Chyna's attorney Lisa Bloom for comment. Her only response was, "We have not received such lawsuit."
