Robert Pattinson Living With Kristen Stewart Rescue Dog After Split? Pet Helping Actor Cope
Robert Pattinson has reportedly taken possession of the rescue Dog that he got previously with Kristen Stewart and his pets are said to be helping him rebuild his life after the pair's split.
In recent days the British actor, 27, moved out of Stewart's Los Feliz neighborhood following their May split and although the actress, 23, is reportedly devastated she agreed to let him have their rescue Dog Bernie. Pattinson, who moved to Beverly Hills, also owns another rescue Dog named Bear and Stewart decided that the actor taking Bernie was in the best interest of both dogs.
"The dogs, Bear and Bernie, are living with Rob," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "Kristen knows that Bear was originally Rob's dog and even though they got Bernie together, she didn't want to separate them."

Pattinson, who began dating Stewart after meeting her on the 2008 set of "Twilight," is believed to have initiated the pair's split over alleged trust issues. The "Maps To The Stars" actor is now reportedly moving forward with his life by focusing on work and his pets.
"Rob's looking forward to working on his music and just spending some down time with his close friends and Bear and Bernie," a source said. "It sounds funny, but he is so close to those dogs. He's been getting so much love and comfort from them during this tough transition without Kristen."
Although Pattinson was reportedly devastated after learning that Stewart cheated with a married man in 2012, he reportedly has not ruled out a future reconciliation.
"They will probably pick up where they left off," a source told Us magazine in relation to the on-and-off pair.
On Aug. 4 the actor reportedly visited Stewart at her L.A. home where they had "a very intense conversation."
"Rob initially reached out to Kristen because he wanted to stop by and pick up the rest of his stuff, but apparently he also wanted to see her," a friend of Stewart's said.
"He stopped by on [August 3] and they both spent some time together, catching up. Kristen was really happy to see him, but I think in the end they were both sad because they still have feelings for each other," the source explained.
