Ryan Seacrest Uruguay: 'Idol' Host, Shayna Taylor Lunch Outing Sparks Dating Rumors

Ryan Seacrest fueled romance rumors in Uruguay on Sunday after he was photographed sitting alongside Shayna Terese Taylor during a group lunch.

The "American Idol" host, 38, appeared to be happy and relaxed while dining with Taylor, 38, and other friends at La Huella restaurant in the beach town of Jose Ignacio. At one point the personal trainer and model was seen acting affectionately with Seacrest, which fueled speculation that the pair is dating.

"They were obviously together, and the girl was clearly into Ryan," an onlooker told RadarOnline.com. "She was all over him, holding his back and his hand while he talked to the others."

In June, just three months after Seacrest split from actress Julianne Hough, he was reportedly seen partying with Taylor at a Los Angeles event. The pair has yet to publicly address dating reports.

The radio host is not the only one who appears to be moving on. Hough is said to be dating Director Ari Sandel after the pair was photographed kissing at Nobu in July, according to People magazine.

A combination of work and lifestyle is said to have been the reason behind Hough and Seacrest's abrupt split. The exes dated for three years and were living together before they mutually parted ways.

"Honestly, their schedules were too hectic. It just got to be too much. I think they both just sort of knew they couldn't do it anymore," a source told Us magazine. "The travel and lifestyle got to be too much. Who knows if this is just for now, but I think this is for good."

Hough, who is also a professional dancer, previously spoke about the challenge of juggling a career and a relationship.

"It's a hard thing to do, especially when you're so caught up in your work and bettering yourself," Hough told Parade magazine. "I think at the end of the day you have to find a balance with what's really important."
