Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Specs: Device to Come with Two Different Processers

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 specs have been leaked in various reports with some of them conflicting with one another regarding what processor it feature.

SamMobile released a report earlier this week with a published list of countries and operators that will receive the Exynos 5420 or the Snapdragon 800 version of the device. The site also confirmed that both versions will come with 3GB RAM.

SamMobile revealed what the specs will be for three different models of the upcoming Note that are named SM-N900, SM-N9002 and SM-N9005.

The SM-N900 device will feature a 5.68-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 1920x1080 resolution, a 1.8GHz octa-core Exynos 5420 processor, ARM Mali-T628 MP6, a 13-megapixel camera, no LTE connectivity, microSD support, 16/32/64GB of storage, Android 4.3, JellyBean and a 3200mAh battery.

The SM-N9005 model will feature a Snapdragon 800 processor, a 5.68-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, 3GB RAM, a 13-megapixel camera, LTE connectivity, 16/32/64GB of storage, microSD support, Android 4.3, JellyBean and a 3200mAh battery.

The SM-N9002 will be available in China and will come with the Exynos 5420 processor and dual-SIM capabilities. SamMobile claims that countries with LTE connectivity will receive both the Snapdragon and Exynos models. The Snapdragon 800 version will roll out first. The sites list of carriers and countries is not final and changes could be made.

The Galaxy Note 3 is expected to sport a variation of the exterior design found on the Galaxy S4. However, there have been other rumors pointing to a completely new look for the device in comparison to other Samsung handsets.

The new phablet will be unveiled at the company's media event "Unpacked 2013 Episode 2" set to take place in Berlin, Germany on Sept. 4.
