Samsung Galaxy Note Android 4.1, JellyBean Update Coming Before 2013
The Samsung Galaxy Note will receive the Android 4.1, JellyBean update before the end of 2012.
YouMobile.org claims that its inside sources have confirmed that the update will roll out before 2013 and that it will bring some minor UI changes to Samsung's TouchWiz.
The Galaxy Note recently received the Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich update and Premium Suite.

Premium Suite brought the device's S Note application up to speed, gave it a widget that enables one touch access to all S Memo features, and brought along My Story, an app that uses S Pen to create customized greeting cards and notes.
The JellyBean update will allow Samsung and Google to further expand on the Galaxy Note's capabilities and unique features.
This same source also revealed to the site that the Android 4.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone will be released in September.
It seems that the JellyBean software is rolling out much faster than Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich due to it not being a complete overhaul of the operating system.
Android 4.1 was introduced by Google in June and debuted on the Google Nexus 7 tablet in July.
In other news, Samsung recently released its new TecTile, NFC (near-field communications) tags for the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note.
These are programmable NFC tags can elevate the performance of both devices by better utilizing the NFC function.
The TecTiles can be programmed to set off a predefined function or setting in the Samsung smartphone. This includes adjusting phone settings, joining a Wi-Fi network, making a call, sending a text, opening a web page and updating a social network status.
The tags look like a sticker and in order to be activated, a user must tap them with the NFC-powered device.
