In 2012, the company has won the "Best Smartphone of the Year" title for its Samsung Galaxy S3, and bagged the title of being the "Best Manufacturer of the Year." According to PhoneArena, the brand has beaten other famous companies like HTC, Sony, and Nokia.

The company's latest Galaxy S smartphone is the Samsung Galaxy S6, which was released last March, and has introduced the new dual-edge display technology. According to Android Pit, Samsung is now slated to release its next Galaxy S handset, the S7, by the end of February next year, which is months later after Apple's iPhone 6s release.

According to TechRadar, the new Samsung Galaxy S7 will have a 5.7-inch display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 QHD. It was reported by SamMobile that the rear camera of the new Samsung phone will have 16 megapixels, and the front camera will have 5 megapixels.

GSM Arena also reported that the Galaxy S7 will be using "Lucky" memory-wise, which will have a higher CPU clock speed, and possibly to RAM variants, one with 3 GB RAM, and one with 4 GB RAM. The phone might also be launched with two versions in terms of its processor. According to PC Mag, the new Samsung flagship phone can have an Exynos 8890 or a Snapdragon 820 SoC processor.

With different rumors coming up each day, Samsung lovers are now excited for the official announcement of the Galaxy S7 next year. According to rumors, the new Samsung smartphone may be available in the market by early April.
