San Francisco 49ers vs Minnesota Vikings Live Stream: Watch Online NFL Sunday Football - Week 3 (1PM)
San Francisco 49ers vs Minnesota Vikings will take place on Sunday in one of week 3's stand out games. The 49ers are looking to continue their winning start to the regular season, and if they can win today they will have a 3-0 record for the first time since 1998. The game starts at 1 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream (details below).
The 49ers have been immense in all areas through the first two weeks of the regular season, with offense, defense and special teams all looking powerful and efficient.
Given San Francisco's performances in their past two games many are predicting that the Vikings will be overturned quite heavily in today's game.
One of the biggest news ahead of this game is the return to Minnesota of Randy Moss. He played for the Vikings from 1998 to 2004 and in 2010. He is a footballing legend in the city and is the Viking's second all-time in receptions (587), receiving yards (9,316), and touchdowns (92).
Meanwhile the Vikings' defense has given up at least one touchdown to a tight end in the first two games of the season. Week one saw the Jaguars tight end Mercedes Lewis find the end zone, where as rookie Dwayne Allen scored his first touchdown to give the Colts a 7-3 lead in week two.
Many have commented ahead of the game that there is no way the Vikings will be able to stop Vernon Davis, and that he will be a nightmare for linebackers and safeties. To make matters worse for the Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson will be missing the game with a concussion.
In the first two games Davis has eight receptions for 116 yard and three touchdowns. It is thought that Davis' size and strength will be too much for the Vikings defense.
