Selena Gomez Dating Austin Mahone? Singer Moves on After Seeing Justin Bieber With Chantel Jeffries
Selena Gomez is reportedly dating Austin Mahone just weeks after sparking reconciliation reports with Justin Bieber.
The "Come and Get It" singer, 21, is believed to have turned to Mahone, 17, for support after seeing romantic photos of Bieber and model Chantel Jeffries, both 19. While Gomez and the "Say Something" singer are said to be smitten with one another, an insider claims they are not ready to publicize their blossoming romance.
"They're seeing each other," a source told Us magazine.

The pair, who were introduced last year by Taylor Swift, were reportedly spotted leaving the Beats Music concert at Los Angeles' Belasco Theatre on Friday where they enjoyed a date night. They reportedly went out of their way to not be seen together.
"[They] sneaked out separately," another source revealed adding "then got in the same car!"
Swift, who is one of Gomez's best friends, is believed to have connected the former Disney star to Mahone last year following her split from Bieber. Gomez, who dated the pop star for three years before they split last year, was reportedly devastated over the breakup and at the time Swift hoped Mahone would act as a pleasant distraction from Bieber.
"Taylor loves Austin. She thinks he's adorable and knows that Justin is threatened by him. Getting him to hang out with Selena was her idea," a source told HollywoodLife.com last year.
"It's no secret she's not a fan of Justin anymore, so it seems pretty obvious why she'd want to push Austin and Selena together. Plus, Austin is the nicest guy," the insider continued. "He's so genuine — what you see is what you get. He doesn't party, he's humble and he's not taking any of this for granted."
The report comes days after sources claimed Gomez was reduced to tears after seeing photos of Bieber and Jeffries together on the night of his Jan. 23 arrest. The singer and Bieber reunited for a segway date in early January which sparked reconciliation rumors however he appears to have recently moved on from Gomez for good with Jeffries.
"She was crying over Justin and him being with Chantel," an alleged eyewitness said.
Bieber was arrested and taken into police custody on suspicion of DUI, drag racing and resisting arrest without violence last week. The case is currently being investigated.
