Selena Gomez 'Depressed' During Lunch Outing as Justin Bieber Reunites With Chantel Jeffries?
Selena Gomez was photographed exiting a pizza eatery in Tarzana, Calif., on Tuesday amid reports claiming the singer is "depressed" over Justin Bieber.
The "Come and Get It" singer, 21, appeared downcast after having lunch at CiCi's Pizza Buffe with a friend less than two weeks after Bieber, 19, was arrested in Miami and photographed with another woman. Onlookers claim Gomez appeared to be emotional during her lunch outing.
"She looked depressed and ate a crepe, real comfort food," an eyewitness at the establishment told HollywoodLife.com. "Selena was serious the whole time and she was not talking to her friend. It was a weird and very strange encounter."

Gomez, who split up with Bieber after three years of dating last year, reunited with the pop star in January, which sparked reconciliation reports. In recent weeks he has been photographed with model Chantel Jeffries, 19, which has some fans wondering whether he has moved on from Gomez.
"They didn't talk at all. Her friend was walking up and down from the table and Selena was on her phone texting the entire time," the onlooker said. "I'd never seen someone so serious and with their sunglasses on at the table while eating."
Another insider claims the former Disney star is devastated because Bieber led her to believe there were hopes for a reconciliation before he abruptly moved on with Jeffries. He has not publicly responded to claims he is dating the student.
"The truth is, she's crushed ... And it's not just that Justin chose to go back to flirting with the nearest sexy girl; it's that he totally deceived her by feeding her lines about changing his ways, only to go back on those promises at the first turn," another source said.
Bieber was photographed spending time with Jeffries before and after his DUI arrest and on Tuesday they both posted videos on Instagram from an ice skating rink which fueled romance rumors. The "Confident" singer is innocently playing ice hockey with friends in his Instagram video while Jeffries is preparing to ice skate in her separate video and it remains unclear whether they were actually together at the same skating rink.
"Selena is sad but she's also angry. She feels like Justin played her because just when she was getting some closure and strength he convinced her to come back to him and made all kinds of promises," the insider explained.
"But it turns out they were all lies and now she's back at square one, trying to get over him all over again," the source said. "In a way she's mourning because she's realized that he just isn't the guy she fell in love with anymore."
