Selena Gomez is extremely 'thankful' of Taylor Swift's friendship!
Selena Gomez and her BFF, Taylor Swift, had their fans all excited on social media, when Taylor brought Selena onstage during her tour stop at the Staples Center for her "1989" concert. The two singers sang one of Selena's songs, "Good for You," together, and those in the concert went wild. #Taylena was trending on Twitter after.
Before that, the duo was last seen together onstage in 2011. It was during Taylor's "Speak Now" world tour concert in New York City.
In her recent interview with People Magazine, Selena said that the "1989" tour stop in Los Angeles was "incredible." "I had never seen the show. Obviously I've seen every tour she's done, but this one was insane," she said to the magazine.
The two best friends are often seen together at awards shows, dancing in the front row. Selena said that no matter where they are in their lives right now, they have been consistent in keeping up with other's lives. "I'm super stoked for her," the former Disney star said. "We've stayed together," she added.
In an industry where everyone is fake and are often pitted against each other, Selena and Taylor's friendship have survived. "It's very rare to have that [kind of friendship]. I'm just so thankful for her," the singer explained.
When asked about how she sees herself, the "Hotel Transylvania 2" actress said that she is "coming into her own." "I feel really good about myself. I'm just excited to enjoy my 20s the right way," Selena revealed. In these days, the 23-year-old singer-actress is seen enjoying her life by dressing up and going out with her girlfriends. According to Selena, her perfect night will include "dancing and vegging out on food afterward."
Selena will release her new album, which is entitled "Revival" this Oct. 9.
