Selena Gomez, Jennifer Aniston Talked About Justin Bieber Over Dinner? 'Had a Really Good Time'
Selena Gomez and Jennifer Aniston reportedly enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles last week.
The actresses, along with two male companions, dined at Madeo restaurant on May 17 and onlookers claim Aniston, 44, appeared to give Gomez, 21, love advice about Justin Bieber, 20. Gomez and the singer split in April after a reported fight at Coachella, according to HollywoodLife.com.
"Jennifer was definitely giving Selena love advice. I overheard both of them say Justin's name and Jennifer was doing most of the talking and Selena was doing a lot of nodding," an insider told HL.
"They were pretty much talking to each other the whole time, while the two guys were in their own conversation," the insider explained.
Gomez has had a difficult year following the December cancellation of her Stars Dance tour around Australia. In January she voluntarily entered the Dawn at The Meadows treatment center for personal reasons and her relationship with Bieber remains rocky however Aniston was able to lift her spirits.
"They were talking, they were laughing, they seemed to be really into the conversation. As for the guys they were with, one was younger (in his 20s), and the other was a middle-aged man (he looked like an agent)," the source revealed.
"It definitely wasn't Justin [Theroux]. They ate a full dinner and they looked like they were having a really good time," the insider said adding that Gomez and Aniston may have been "discussing a potential project."
Aniston, who is engaged to actor Justin Theroux, reportedly gifted the "Come & Get It" singer with a book before they left the restaurant.
"Jennifer had a book with her sitting on the table called A Return To Love and she gave it to Selena before they left," the source said.
"I recognize the book, it's by Marianne Williamson and focuses on spiritual principles and loving yourself. It was like Jennifer was her big sister," the insider explained.
