'Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash' News: Update 1.14 Available in Japan, Introduces Two VR Modes
New additions known as the VR Character Viewer and the VR Diorama
There is a new update available now for "Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash" players based in Japan, and it adds two new features to the game.
Detailed previously in a new blog post, Update 1.14 brings two features that will be accessible to PlayStation VR owners.
Gematsu has provided translations of the new revelations.
First off, PlayStation VR owners will now be able to use the feature known as the VR Character Viewer. With the VR Character Viewer, players can select different elements that will determine how a character is shown. They can choose the hair style, the costume and the accessories featured by the character onscreen.
Players will also be allowed to make changes to the voices and the motions executed by the characters.
While in the VR Character Viewer, players will need to use the L3 and R3 buttons as well as the left and right sticks to move the camera around. They can then reset the camera by pressing the touchpad.
The other new feature coming to "Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash" via the recently released Update 1.14 is the VR Diorama.
As its name gives away, the VR Diorama addition enables players to create their own dioramas. While using this new addition, players can choose how characters will be positioned onscreen, including what kinds of expressions are on their faces. There are a few more visual elements players can tinker with while in the VR Diorama in order to create exactly what they want. The L3 and R3 buttons along with the left and right sticks will be needed for the VR Diorama.
Though the new VR-based additions are only available in Japan thus far, they could end up being released in other parts of the world eventually.
More news about "Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash" should be made available in the near future.
