'Shades of Blue' Season 2 Episode 2 Spoilers: Wozniak Goes to War With FBI Agent Stahl
Lieutenant Matt Wozniak (Ray Liotta) will be going to war with Agent Robert Stahl (Warren Kole) of the FBI, while Harlee Santos (Jennifer Lopez) will be finding herself in the crosshairs of the mob in the second episode of the second season of the NBC series "Shades of Blue."
The first season of "Shades of Blue" ended with Harlee forging a new deal with Wozniak before sending her daughter to live with her aunt. However, after her ex-husband tries to rape her, she was forced to snap his neck, killing him.
The premiere episode of the NBC cop drama's second season showed Harlee trying to pick up the pieces of all the things she had done at the end of season 1. She has taken drastic measures to cover up the murder of her abusive ex-husband.
Meanwhile, Wozniak made a deal with Stahl to keep himself and the rest of his crew out of prison, only to discover that the FBI agent has led him into an impossible trap.
The upcoming second episode of "Shades of Blue" season 2, titled "Eye of the Hurricane," will be picking up around where the show's first episode left off. The official synopsis of the episode published by Spoiler TV reads:
"Following Wozniak's (Ray Liotta) discovery that Stahl's (Warren Kole) target is his close friend and Mayoral Candidate, Julia Ayers (guest star Anna Gunn), Wozniak launches an all-out war with Stahl. Meanwhile, Harlee (Jennifer Lopez) dives into an investigation that takes an unexpected turn into her own past - and ultimately throws her in the cross-hairs of Wozniak and the FBI. At the precinct, a new, unwelcome presence threatens to uncover the crew's deepest secrets."
Aside from Lopez, Liotta and Kole, "Shades of Blue" season 2 episode 2 also stars Drea Matteo, Dayo Okeiniyi, Vincent Laresa, Hampton Fluker, Sara Jeffrey and Gino Pesi. Guest stars of the show include Ann Gunn, Margaret Kolin and Dov Davidoff.
"Shades of Blue" season 2 episode 2 airs on Sunday, March 12, at 10 p.m. EST on NBC. A promo video for the forthcoming episode of the cop drama series has also been released.
