'Shadowhunters' Season 1 Episode 3 Spoilers: Simon Held Captive by the Vampires
Clary (Katherine McNamara) is now ready with her first Shadowhunter mission, and it involves rescuing her best friend, Simon (Alberto Rosende), from the vampires.
The Movie Network posted stills of "Shadowhunters" episode 3, which were earlier released by Freeform, and fans saw a sneak peek of what will happen in the episode. According to the website, Jace (Dominic Sherwood) is helping Clary prepare for the rescue mission by drawing runes on her skin. The ancient runes give the Shadowhunters strength, health, and speed, which help them fight demons.
Clary is joined by Jace, Alec (Matthew Daddario), and Isabelle (Emeraude Toubia) to save Simon, who's being held at The Hotel DuMort by the vampire leader, Camille (Kaitlyn Leeb). However, looking at the photos, Simon is looking cozy and at ease with the vampires, especially Camille. Several of the photos show Clary's best friend nuzzling at Camille's neck, while another still shows Simon wrapped around Camille's arms. Fans wonder if Simon really wants to be saved since he seems comfortable in the arms of the vampire leader.

Shadowhunters TV posted a synopsis of the upcoming episode, and the summary reads, "With Simon being held captive at The Hotel DuMort, Clary pleads with Jace, Alec and Isabelle to help her rescue her best friend. As the team readies for the mission, Jace helps Clary learn more about her Shadowhunter powers, Isabelle turns to her favorite Seelie for Intel, and Alec begins to question Jace's motives and his place in their partnership. Meanwhile, a very scared Simon gets very up close and personal with Camille, the leader of the vampire clan." Watch the full trailer of the next episode, which is titled "Dead Man's Party," here.
"Shadowhunters" season 1 episode 3 will air on Freeform next Tuesday, Jan. 26. On the other hand, episode 2, which is titled "The Descent into Hell Isn't Easy," is scheduled to air on Jan. 19.
