'Shahs Of Sunset' GG - The New Kim Kardashian?
On Sunday night Bravo TV debuted its latest reality TV show, "Shahs Of Sunset," and fans have already started drawing comparison between fan favorite Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi and declining reality TV personality, Kim Kardashian.
The show follows the chaotic lives of Persian Americans who live the glamorous Hollywood life, and 30-year-old GG's materialistic values have made her one of the most talked about characters with many fans predicting that she will ultimately outshine 31-year-old Kardashian.
"My daddy does my bill keeping and bill paying. I am looking for a spouse that can pretty much keep up with my type of lifestyle," a candid GG said on the show.
"Ultimately my parents would love for me to marry a Persian boy. But Persian boys are mama's boys; they expect you to cook, to clean and to do all of that, and I would never even do that for someone," she explained.
Fans immediately flocked to social networking websites Twitter and Facebook where they blasted GG as "spoilt rotten," with many pointing out her striking resemblance to Kardashian, one of the most renowned reality TV personalities in the United States.
The comparisons follow reports that the Kardashian empire has been in ruins since the "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" star filed for divorce from Kris Humphries after just 72 days in what critics suspect was a publicity stunt for financial gain.
Although they were once considered America's most famous family the Kardashians have reportedly been blacklisted as Kardashian's short marriage is said to have affected the family's credibility and overall appeal.
While the Kardashians are often highly paid for public appearances, critics now insist that party promoters and elite business officials now refuse to work with them which some say is a response to the widespread backlash that Kardashian has received over the last 5 months.
"Kim Kardashian would be crushing to us ..."I'd pay her $600,000 personally not to go to Red Egg," Red Egg restaurant owner, Travis Bass told the Post.
