Shailene Woodley Shoeless Again; Star Enjoys Comfort of Bare Feet Before Gala
Shailene Woodley is no stranger to the natural look and enjoys speaking about her healthy diet and all-natural remedies for various ailments. Woodley took things one step further by going barefoot while exiting the hotel on her way to the New York premiere of her latest film, "The Fault in Our Stars."
Woodley was photographed in a bright yellow dress, ready for the red carpet but sans shoes, while leaving her hotel to go to the Ziegfeld Theater in New York. She put shoes on before getting out of her car and posed for numerous photos with co-stars from the film. Woodley went shoeless earlier in the day before appearing on the "Today" show.
It's become normal for the young star to go without shoes whenever she feels like it. Before appearing at the Met Gala this year, Woodley was photographed barefoot. Woodley is not likely to wear shoes if she's uncomfortable but, unlike other stars, doesn't mind being seen without the footwear.

Woodley's latest film, "The Fault in Our Stars," is based on the young adult book written by John Green. The movie features Woodley and Ansel Elgort as teens who meet in a cancer support group and fall in love. It's expected to bring in a large amount of revenue and have a dynamic opening weekend due to the hype surrounding Woodley and the popularity of the book itself. She, of course, became famous for her lead role in "Divergent," another film based on the young adult series.
"The Fault in Our Stars" opens Friday, June 6 much to the delight of fans in the United States. According to reports, the book alone has sold 10.7 million copies, much to the surprise of author John Green.
"I don't know why people like 'The Fault in Our Stars,' but they do," Green posted on Tumblr. "And they seem to like it well enough to recommend it to their friends and family."
