Shhh ... Relient K Plays Secret Show
Grammy-nominated Christian rock group Relient K played at a secret concert Thursday night in Lancaster, Penn., 70 miles west of Philadelphia, with feel-good dance rockers Sherwood.
The performance, as part of "MySpace Secret Shows," occurred at the Chameleon Club and was open to all ages and gave free admission to anyone on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The event was advertised online on their MySpace site, and was a way for the bands to give back something to their loyal fans.

Alongside the concert, Relient K has also just released their fifth studio album, Five Score And Seven Years Ago, on Mar. 6.
The band is encouraging all its fans to pick up the CD as soon as possible, so that it can reach the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Top 200 in its debut week. This would be the first time a Christian group would have ever debuted at No. 1.
"We're obviously excited about this one (the album), and as we've said on every release day since our debut, we feel like this is by far, our best effort to date," said the band on their website. "Thanks so much for sticking with us through five albums. We hope we have an opportunity to create 5 thousand more."
Although all the band members are Christian, the band broke out into the mainstream music scene in 2004 with the release of their fourth album, Mmhmm, which had three top-five songs on the Christian airwaves and two top-twenty mainstream songs.
They were nominated for a Grammy in 2003 for Best Gospel Modern Rock Album and have won two Dove awards, the most prestigious Christian music award that a band can receive.
Relient K is currently on tour in locations all around the United States and Canada. Their next stops will be on the East Coast, and the tour will end on May 18 in Atlanta.
