'Sister Wives' News: Janelle Brown Divorced From Meri Brown's Brother, Robyn Announces Pregnancy

"Sister Wives" star Janelle Brown is on the headlines of Internet news when a revelation about her past life resurfaced. According to International Business Times, polygamist Kodi Brown's second wife was once married to the brother of his first wife, Meri Brown.

Apparently, loyal fans and followers of the show were no longer surprised with the reveal since they already knew about it from an earlier installment of "Sister Wives." But for the new followers of the show, the news is still sinking in.

The issue was also revealed in the Brown family's book titled "Becoming Sister Wives: The Story of an Unconventional Marriage." Radar Online confirmed the fact by releasing a copy of a document from Utah's Salt Lake Country court showing that Janelle was indeed once married to Meri's brother, Adam Clark Barber, but divorced on June 8, 1990.

That probably explains why she has always had an issue with her sister wife and ex-sister-in-law Meri. In a report by Fashion & Style, Janelle talked to her marriage therapist Nancy Hunterton and said, "There's a lot of things that happened over the years that were very hurtful to me, but especially between Meri and I."

In other news, the new legal wife Robyn Brown is pregnant with her second child with Kody and 18th in the family. It has been reported that Robyn was nervous about making the announcement because she didn't want to feel lonely again just as how she felt when she was pregnant with Solomon, her first child with Kody.

According to her, the family members, especially the teens, were disinterested about having another baby in the already large family. So instead of announcing it herself, she asked first sister wife Meri to do it for her. It turned out that everyone was happy and excited about the news. Meanwhile, the custody battle for her children continues. Reports say that they just need to get a Nevada judge to sign their papers.

"Sister Wives" season 6 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
