Snooki Bikini Body Workout: Star Reveals Fitness Regimen (VIDEO)
Snooki revealed that her YouTube workout videos are an efficient way to lose weight on Monday, when she appeared on the beach showing her new slim figure.
Nichole Polizzi and her fiancé Jionni LaValle were spotted on a Jersey Shore beach Monday. Snooki wore a "classy" vintage styled, two-piece swimsuit with a striped top and high waist bottom. The star's figure refelcted her hard efforts at getting fit and back into shape.
According to reports, the former "Jersey Shore" star has lost at least 50 pounds since giving birth to her son in August of last year. Speaking about her weight loss in a previous interview, the reality star suggested that anyone could do it.
"If I can lose 42 lbs. after giving birth six months [ago], I mean, anybody could do it," she was quoted by Daily Mail. "'You just need the dedication, and you need to want to have your body back."
The star has proven her desire to get her body back with hard workout sessions that she also posts on YouTube to help others get in shape as well. Each week the reality star introduces a new workout tip and demonstrates it for others to follow.
This week, her personal trainer helped her to demonstrate the "Romanian Dead Lift." Last week, she help to instruct others on how to do a "Shoulder Press."
After her pregnancy, the star also revealed a post-pregnancy meal plan. Multiple reports revealed that the star turned to Express Home Meals, which offer healthy meal plans to those trying to shed pounds. The plan also appeared on the "Dr. Oz" show.
