Snooki is Really Pregnant
Despite denying rumors of pregnant earlier this month, new reports have surfaced Wednesday that Snooki is pregnant.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is in fact pregnant with her first child, according to The New York Post.
The star of MTV's "Jersey Shore" is roughly three months pregnant, and the father is her longtime boyfriend Jionni LaValle, according to a source speaking to the paper.
Additionally, TMZ reported Wednesday that Snooki denied the pregnancy rumors earlier this month in order to avoid "jinxing" herself.
Word of her pregnancy got out as early as Feb. 2 when Snooki appeared on "Good Morning America" to deny the news.
"I definitely do want kids, but I'm not pregnant," explained the 25-year-old while speaking to "Good Morning America" host Lara Spencer. "Being pregnant should be a real thing and a happy thing, and I'm not."
In a past interview with E! News, Snooki admitted that she wants to be a mom, someday.
"I want two, a boy and a girl," said the New Jersey native. "I'm going to name them Isabella and Frankie."
Snooki has been in a relationship with LaValle for nearly a year, and the couple has discussed rings, including one that cost $500,000.
"Jionni made me take it off," Snooki said of the expensive diamond ring. "He was like, 'Don't even think about it.' It was like this big and sparkly and amazing ring. I just want a big one."
Both "Jersey Shore" fans and critics have taken to Twitter expressing their reactions of Snooki's pregnancy.
Twitter user joked about the reality star's tanned complexion, writing: "Snooki is pregnant? Impossible!! Oranges are seedless."
"Supposedly Snooki is pregnant," wrote Brendan. "Perfect timing since they've been looking to remake the 'Gremlins' movie."
Directed toward the known party girl, Mekenna wrote, "So there will be no drinking for Snooki for the next 9 months #GoodLuck snooks."
Lauren posted, "I won't believe Snooki is pregnant until every liquor store in New Jersey declares bankruptcy."
Confirmation of the pregnancy has yet to happen, with MTV's rep indicating that the network "doesn't comment on series in production."
"Jersey Shore" has entered its fifth season this year.
