Sofia Vergara and Fiancé in Couples Counseling
Sofia Vergara and fiancé Nick Loeb have reportedly hit a rough patch and are working out their relationship woes in couples counseling.
The couple made headlines last month after tension arose in a Miami nightclub on New Year's Eve. The actress and her fiancé allegedly became embroiled in an argument in the early hours of the night while at the club Story, which ultimately resulted in their expulsion.
Meanwhile, the "Modern Family" actress and her New York-based businessman partner got engaged in July. More recently, they have entered therapy, according to a report by Star magazine.

Although they have not yet exchanged vows, Vergara and Loeb have sought help from a counselor following the Miami incident.
"She decided they needed professional help before she would walk down the aisle," a source close to Vergara revealed to Star. "They had their first session over the phone- and so far, so good!"
According to reports from the December incident, Vergara's ex-boyfriend Chris Paciello being present may have instigated the argument between Loeb and the "Modern Family" star.
"Nick seemed tense around Chris, who was hosting them in the VIP section, even though he and Sofia are just friends," an onlooker at the club told The New York Post.
The friction on New Year's Eve escalated when Loeb reportedly encountered a scuffle with fellow club goers involving "some pushing and shoving," according to Fox News. It was then that Vergara's dress was ripped down and Loeb was expelled from the venue.
"In the early hours, Nick and Sofia were arguing before he got into a dispute with somebody at a neighboring table," the insider continued. "Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also."
The altercation led to security guards dragging Loeb "out of the VIP section and [throwing] him out of the club," recounted the source.
A different attendee told The Post that "things got pretty heated, but [Sofia] was never hit," but the 40-year-old's dress was pulled down.
"Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in the melee, exposing her cleavage in front of other people and her son Manolo, who was offended … [he] left the club. It was crazy," explained the onlooker.
Native to Colombia, Vergara was recently nominated for three Golden Globe Awards for her role in "Modern Family."
