'Splatoon 2' Next Bathroom-Related Splatfest Announced for European Players

European players of "Splatoon 2" can look forward to another Splatfest coming this weekend.

Nintendo Europe has already announced that the next Splatfest will decide a bathroom-related dilemma once and for all: What is the correct toilet paper placement?

Players who would like to join the Splatfest should head on over to the polling booth located in Inkopolis Square. The poll will appear automatically in the game. Players can then vote for either front roll or back roll.

Of course, things will not be that easy. Like previous Splatfests, there will be some fighting involved for the side the player supports. Just because one option wins in vote tallies does not mean that it will be the ultimate champion.

The previous Splatfest allowed players to choose which superpower they would rather have: Flight or Invisibility. And even though Invisibility won by a small margin in terms of votes, the power of Flight ended up the final victor because of solo and team battles.

The upcoming Splatfest will last for a full 24 hours, which means fans only have a limited amount of time to take part. It will commence on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 4 p.m. CEST.

As for players in North America who are waiting for the next Splatfest, Nintendo has yet to reveal any news. However, it is expected to follow the same theme. In Japan, though, the theme is different.

While most fans are looking forward to the next Splatfest, others are critical of the theme. Some were expecting a Halloween-related event instead of the toilet paper roll debate. However, it has been pointed out that there is still plenty of time left in October, which means Nintendo may still have a Halloween special up their sleeve.

Apart from that, players can avail of the free downloadable content weapon called the Tenta Bella. It is currently available for download.

Stay tuned for the latest news and updates.
