Stacy Keibler Hosts Las Vegas Event Without Clooney
Stacy Keibler has made headlines without the aid of boyfriend George Clooney after hosting a party in Las Vegas Saturday night.
The former women's wrestling champion arrived solo in to host the Super Bowl party at The Bank Nightclub in Vegas' Bellagio Hotel.
Donning a short black dress and a leather jacket, Keibler started the night at Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge. Then at The Bank, the blonde athlete was seen toasting the evening with shots of tequila and dancing with friends including her onetime fellow Baltimore Ravens cheerleader, Kendall Towers.
At the end of the night, Keibler posted gratitude on her Twitter account: "Thanks to everyone who made tonight @TheBankLV @BellagioLV and an amazing night! Goodnight @Vegas!"
Las Vegas also saw celebrities such as Sean "Diddy" Combs partying with Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, "Friday Night Lights" actress Aimee Teegarden, and Jaime Pressly dinging with boyfriend Hamzi Hijazi.
At 32, Keibler is extensively covered in the media for being "The Descendants" actor's girlfriend. Clooney and Keibler first appeared on the red carpet together in September, and were rumored to be a couple last summer.
Keibler joined Clooney on the red carpet at last month's Golden Globe Awards as well as the Screen Actor's Guild Awards, and will be expected beside the "Best Actor" nominee at the Academy Awards on Feb. 26 as well.
Native to Baltimore, Md., Keibler has worked with both World Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment . The actress, model, and athlete has appeared on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" where she placed third, as well as on television shows "What About Brian," "George Lopez," and "How I Met Your Mother."
Clooney, 50, was formerly linked to another "Dancing with the Stars" alumni; Italian actress Elisabetta Canalis.
The actor competes with Brad Pitt, Jean Dujardin, Gary Oldman, and Damien Bichir for the Academy's Best Actor Award.
