'Star Wars Battlefront 2': Debut at 'Star Wars Celebration?' Demo Expected To Be Available at EA Play
'Star Wars Battlefront 2's' single-player campaign reportedly set to be showcased at 'Star Wars Celebration' event
To this point, the sequel tentatively known as "Star Wars Battlefront 2" is still being kept under wraps. However, things could be different soon, and they could change significantly as soon as next month.
For the fans who may have missed it, it was previously confirmed that the folks over at Electronic Arts will be making their way to the "Star Wars Celebration" event that is set to take place in Orlando, Florida starting April 13.
Now, while the appearance of the developers from EA is confirmed for the event, exactly what they will be there for has not been clarified just yet. Still, given that the next "Battlefront" game has been announced for this year, there seems to be a pretty solid chance that the sequel will be making an appearance.
As for what fans can reportedly expect to see of the sequel at the "Star Wars Celebration" event, a recent report from The Star Wars Game Outpost pointed to some interesting tweets that hint of what may be featured in relation to "Star Wars Battlefront 2."
First, Cinelinx editor-in-chief Jordan Maison tweeted that the upcoming event's gaming presentation will focus more on the sequel.
Furious Fan Boys editor Jeremy Conrad then added a bit later that the single-player campaign of the sequel will be what is showcased at the "Star Wars Celebration" event.
After the rumored debut at the "Star Wars Celebration," fans may not have to wait that long before they get their first chance to try out the sequel, with a recent post on the EA website confirming that the game will be present at the EA Play event that will begin on June 10.
An exact release date has not been set just yet for "Star Wars Battlefront 2," but that valuable bit of information could be shared sometime within the near future as well.
