'Star Wars Battlefront 2' Trailer Confirmed for 'Star Wars Celebration' Event, Single-Player Content Will Reportedly Be Shown
'Star Wars Battlefront 2' demo could be made available at EA Play in June
"Star Wars" fans will not have to wait for that much longer to finally get a good, long look at "Star Wars Battlefront 2" as developers recently announced when its official debut will take place.
In a new post on Electronic Arts' Star Wars website, developers confirmed that the debut trailer for the sequel will be shown on April 15 at the upcoming "Star Wars Celebration" event.
It should probably come as no surprise that developers did not share just yet exactly what would be shown at the event, but there are rumors already hinting at what will be presented.
An earlier report from The Star Wars Game Outpost highlights some interesting tweets that could be worth noting for fans.
One tweet in particular that is included in the report came from Furious Fan Boys editor Jeremy Conrad, and according to it, fans may be able to see more of "Star Wars Battlefront 2's" single-player component during the "Star Wars Celebration" event.
Developers have also confirmed that there will be a panel for the upcoming game at the aforementioned event, so there may be other important details revealed along with the debut trailer.
Fans who are unable to attend the event in person to catch the debut trailer as well as the panel will still be able to tune in online to learn more about the new game.
Following the now confirmed debut for the sequel, fans may also be given an opportunity to try it out not too long from now.
The folks over at EA recently announced that different games may be made playable during the EA Play event in June, and one of those titles is expected to be the next "Star Wars Battlefront" game.
No release date has been officially announced for "Star Wars Battlefront 2" just yet, but that piece of information may be shared sometime soon.
