It was reported that this is not the first time for a popular celebrity to take part in the "Star Wars" franchise as a Stormtrooper. The previous installment of "Star Wars" had Daniel Craig dressed as a Stormtrooper, who shared a scene with Rey.

With that, other celebrities have also voiced out their desire to take part in the film was a Stormtrooper. It was reported that Norman Reedus from "The Walking Dead" also shared that he would like to have a Stormtrooper cameo in "Star Wars Episode 8."

He said, "Sometimes I'm doing the same stuff, but more doors are opening. I think anybody can have a little success and get offered more stuff. I'm not against blockbusters or indie films. I like a good story and good people involved. Would I f---ing play a Stormtrooper in "Star Wars"? F---, yeah! Cool outfit!"

However, there has yet to be any news on who else could be playing the role of a Stormtrooper in the upcoming film. Fans will just have to wait until Dec. 15, 2017 to find out.
