Star Wars: The Force Awakens is expected to take place 30 years after the death of Darth Vader and the Emperor. However, it was reported that there will be other Jedi in the new film. A recent post revealed a line by Kylo Ren, to be played by Adam Driver, that stated, "Together we will destroy the Resistance and the last Jedi."

That post confirmed that since the word Jedi is plural, the movie is expected to feature more Jedi.
There were also reports stating that Daisy Ridley is expected to have a British accent in the upcoming film. This causes suspicion regarding her parentage, since she is merely a scavenger. It was also revealed that several other characters in the position of power have British accents such as Leia, played by Carrie Fisher. Meanwhile, those on the outerim, such as Han Solo, played by Harrison Ford, has an American accent. This concludes that Finn, a rebellious stormtrooper, played by John Boyega, will have an American accent.
The role of Kylo Ren has been compared with Darth Vader. Even director J.J. Abrams recently spoke with Entertainment Weekly regarding Kylo Ren's outfit. He said, "The movie explains the origins of the mask and where it's from, but the design was meant to be a nod to the Vader mask. [Ren] is well aware of what's come before, and that's very much a part of the story of the film."

It was reported that the film will release 24 hours earlier in the United Kingdom compared to its release in the United States. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is expected to release in France on Dec. 16, while it will release in the United States on Dec. 18.
