Steve Jobs Dead: Kim Kardashian, Ashton Kutcher, Other Celebrities Mourn
With the death of Steve Jobs, celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Ashton Kutcher, Jimmy Fallon and other A-listers, went to twitter last night to mourn the loss of the iconic Apple founder.
“Two And A Half Men” star Ashton Kutcher immediately mourned the loss on twitter after the death was announced.
He tweeted, “Sending love & light to everyone @Apple & the entire Jobs family. Today we lost a Giant who will be missed even by those who didn't know him.”
Kutcher's tribute also included a change of his profile avatar to the Apple logo to show gratitude to the Jobs family. He also noted that he was shocked how much the loss affected him. Kutcher tweeted, “I never thought I could be so busted up about the loss of someone I never met. #stevejobs.”
The “View” Co-star Sherri Shepherd honored the memory of Jobs by posting inspirational quotes from the computer icon.
Shepherd tweets included: “Don't let the noise of other opinions, drown out your own inner voice-S. Jobs #RIP.”
Shepherd also tweeted, “I can't wait for the book of inspirational quotes by #SteveJobs.”
Late night host Jimmy Fallon made note on the immense influence Jobs has had on the world by posting on Twitter, “Thank you, Steve Jobs, for all of the fun and amazing ways you made our lives better....Sent from my iPhone.”
WWE wrestler Chris Jericho shared how iconic Steve Jobs will be in the future. Jericho tweeted, “Steve Jobs, like Thomas Edison was an inventor who's creations changed the world. Thx for allowin me to carry my CD collection in my pocket!”
Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger expressed what Jobs’ death means to him. He posted, “Steve lived the California Dream every day of his life and he changed the world and inspired all of us. #ThankYouSteve.”
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian was brief in her gratitude, but summed up what the majority of people were thinking.
Kim tweeted: “Wow Steve Jobs died! He was a brilliant man!”
