Nine costumes in total are being offered as pre-order bonuses

The "Arcade Edition" of "Street Fighter V" is coming next year, and developers are offering pre-order bonuses to further entice fighting game fans into getting it.

The bonuses being offered are costumes.

Detailed in a recent post on the Capcom Unity blog, nine different costumes are going to be given to fans who pre-order the "Arcade Edition."

Four of the costumes commemorate the 30th anniversary of the franchise.

Karin's anniversary costume is elegantly designed and almost looks like it could be ruined in battle, although this character will probably find a way to avoid that from happening. Guile is decked out in a slick-looking uniform, while M. Bison somehow looks even more evil in his anniversary costume.

Ibuki's anniversary outfit looks somewhat similar to Karin's, but fans may still be interested in this one, as it features the young ninja without her trademark mask on.

The five other bonus costumes call back to the earlier days of the franchise, and Ibuki is on the receiving end of one of these as well.

Classic costumes for Alex, Akuma, Juri and Kolin are the remaining bonuses.

Players interested in acquiring those bonus costumes along with the "Arcade Edition" of "Street Fighter V" can put in their orders at Best Buy, GameStop or EB Games for those in Canada.

The "Arcade Edition" brings several new features to the fighting game.

Arcade Mode is of course the headline feature of the new edition, but beyond that, players are also getting Extra Battle Mode and a Gallery. The user interface is also being overhauled and second V-Triggers will be given to the members of the roster.

The downloadable content characters from Seasons 1 and 2 are also included in the "Arcade Edition" that is being sold for $39.99.

The "Arcade Edition" of "Street Fighter V" will be released for the PC and PlayStation 4 on Jan. 16.
