'Suits' season 5 finale spoilers and episode 9 plot recap: Will Mike and Harvey leave the firm?
The finale of "Suits" is going to be a doozy. The episode is titled "Faith" and it revolves around Mike and Harvey as they contemplate quitting the firm, while dealing with personal problems.
In the promo video, Harvey can be seen asking his therapist Paula if he should quit the firm. Mike, on the other hand, is also considering quitting in hopes of starting a new life with Rachel. Meanwhile, Jessica and Louis fight back as Hardman and Soloff make another move, in order to take the firm.
The synopsis of the episode indicates that Harvey and Mike have to face the demons from the past that will require them to make some important decisions that could alter their lives. What does this mean for the show? Will Mike's secret be revealed? Will Harvey let go of his issues? Will Rachel and Mike's wedding push through? Will Jessica be removed as managing partner? All these questions will be answered in the upcoming finale.

In the preceding episode, Harvey humbles himself in front of the other partners and even takes a pay cut in order to be saved from suspension. Jack Soloff asks the partners to consider taking Daniel Hardman back since he has just acquired a really big client. Hardman threatens Jessica and goes after the firm's clients. He targets McKernon Motors first because of Harvey.
In the meantime, Rachel is busy planning her wedding with her mother Laura. She ends up fighting with her mother because of Mike's secret when she discovers that Mama Zane has written out a wedding announcement for her. Mike, on the other hand, gets blindsided by Rachel's mom and he tells her that he has no family at all. Mike and Rachel have an epic fight, which leaves both of them contemplating their impending nuptials.
Harvey discovers that Charles Frostman is Hardman's backer and he just wants to ruin his life. Frostman tells Harvey that the only way to save the firm is to quit. Mike has met up with his old friend Trevor who is now married. Trevor tells Mike to quit being a lawyer to save his relationship with Rachel.
