'Suits' Season 5 News, Update: Episode 9 Synopsis Revealed Plus Summer Finale Segment Spoilers
This week's episode in the fifth season of USA Network's hit legal drama TV series "Suits" will see Daniel Hardman coming hard on the Pearson Specter Litt while Laura helps Rachel plan her dream wedding.
Titled "Uninvited Guests," the spoilers from Yibada.com indicate that the episode can be viewed in various ways. Taking Daniel's perspective on the matter, Jessica, Louis, and Harvey are the uninvited parties in the firm he was part of.
From Jessica's perspective, it is the latter who is the outsider. The promo for Episode 9 sees Harvey declaring that Daniel shouldn't enter the firm. Daniel, on the other hand, won't go down without a fight as he threatens Jessica that he is going to take back everything that belongs to her including the firm. Standing by Daniel's side is Jack Soloff who agrees to team up with him against Jessica and her colleagues.

Meanwhile, the synopsis for "Uninvited Guests" says that Rachel and her mother, Laura Zane, will be working on a plan to give Rachel her dream wedding. The latter, however, fears that the event may reveal Mike's biggest secret.
Harvey and Mike, on the other hand, tangle with Daniel's "mysterious backer" while Louis tries to hunt for Jack's Achilles heel. It remains to be found out who this backer is. Is he part of the firm's team or one of Daniel's cohorts?
The synopsis for the show's summer finale episode has also been released this week and was posted right over at The Futon Critic. It reads:
"With their backs against the wall, Jessica and Louis make a last-ditch effort to rally the support of the partners, as Daniel Hardman and Jack Soloff attempt a takeover of the firm. Meanwhile, Mike and Harvey must each face down the demons of their past in order to make potentially life-altering decisions."
