Summer Opportunities for Christian Students

When the school term ends so do many of the college’s student activities and organization gatherings but for students who enlist in Campus Crusade for Christ’s Summer Project spiritual growth will not be stunted.

The international campus ministry is offering a wide range of summer opportunities for students who want to spend the summer developing in their faith.

Students can choose to spend two months to reach out to souls in the U.S. where many of the host locations for the project have beaches nearby or go abroad to evangelize on universities in places like Melbourne, Australia, where there are a diversity of cultures but few Christians.

Nathan Dunn, who works with the United States Campus Ministry in Orlando, Fl., will be working with three students for 10 weeks. Daniel Mojica, Jen Stone, and Kristi Tuck will be working on writing projects related to our Web sites, staff communication, conferences and Vision Walk displays in Orlando, according to Dunn.

“I am excited to see how the Lord will use their creativity and student perspective to enhance our communication across the ministry,” said Dunn, who is also the director of communications for the U.S. Campus Ministry.

The cost of the summer project is paid for by the student but due to the popularity of the trips students have filled up spaces for several locations.

“Pray that the Lord would use the summer to guide these three into a deeper relationship with Him and give them a clear vision for serving Him in the future,” said Dunn.
