Supernatural Season 12: 'Baby' as Major Character, Cast, and What to Expect For Upcoming Season
'Supernatural' has been running for 11 seasons and has lived up to its name. Each episode has been about hunting ghosts, monsters and other unknown creatures. It has always been about folk stories, and mythologies from all over the world.
How Sam Got Lost
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) Winchester are always on the run chasing these creatures and solving mysteries. In the finale episode of season 11, Sam's fate was unknown as the final episode ends with an explosion.
In season 12, Dean and 'Baby' will again team up in looking for Sam. 'Baby' is Dean's beloved car, a black Chevrolet Impala.
The last time 'Baby' was seen was in season 11 finale episode. Sam and Dean were convinced that the world will end. Chuck/God (Rob Benedict) had an illness that may cause his death and might cause for the sun and the universe to collapse. But Amara (Emily Swallow) saved the Earth as she reconciled with Chuck/God, her brother, despite their disputes with each other. In the end she realized that family is everything.
Major Character 'Baby'
Supernatural Season 11 was titled 'Baby' and 80 percent of the show consisted of Dean and Sam in the Impala. Now that season 12 is coming up, Dean actually shared behind-the scenes photos of the 'Baby' and captioned it "Baby's back to work for season 12."
Supernatural has been running for a while now. All the events in the series have been about fun and loving the show. The show eludes a really light atmosphere from actors, writers, crew and everyone involved. Each one in production is enjoying in the creation of this really different world. The chemistry of the show has been very consistent all throughout. The foundation is strong that the show is able to branch out and try things out. The most important thing for production is that everyone is enjoying it.
Supernatural season 12 will have 23 episodes and with new mysteries to solve. The series is not announcing any final seasons as of yet. In fact, the president of CW, Mark Pedowitz admitted that he wants the series to last longer. So there is a possibility for more seasons to come. Most if not all seasons of the series have 23 episodes which is mostly watched and enjoyed by viewers.
