'Survivor: San Juan del Sur- Blood vs. Water': John Rocker Talks Show, Hunahpu Wants to Make a Deal With Jeff

Last week's episode of "Survivor: San Juan del Sur- Blood vs. Water" saw former MLB player John Rocker get voted off the island, making him the third castaway to leave San Juan del Sur.

It can be recalled that Jeremy, upset that John failed to protect his wife from being voted off, talked about knowing all about John's past in which he made a reference to an incident in 1998 wherein the baseball player made some homophobic and racist statements in an interview.

In an interview with People.com, John spoke about being on "Survivor" and how his past continues to haunt him even after 15 years.

"I said some things in an interview 15 years ago and I regret them," he said. "I've been asked about them over and over again by journalists. Journalists are the ones who made me into a villain over the years. And I got on 'Survivor' and those damn comments come up again."

"It's low hanging fruit at this point, it's been a long time. It's irritating because it was so long ago, and I'm still paying for those comments," he added.

In other news, on the next episode of "Survivor," the Hunahpu tribe is looking to make a deal with host Jeff Probst after Natalie finds their flint in the sand by the fire. When they lost it, they traded their fishing gear reward for another flint. Everyone couldn't believe that the first flint was there in plain sight, and Drew wants to barter with Jeff again to get the fishing gear back.

Watch the next episode of "Survivor" on Oct. 15 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
